Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes what data the Risal application (the “App”, “we”, “us”) collects, how we use it, and what rights you have. Data controller: ZiyaraGo Technologies LLC, contact: [email protected].

By using the App you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

• Account data. When you sign up and sign in we process your email address and name (if provided), and Sign in with Apple / Google identifiers if you use those sign-in methods.
• User content. Tasks, projects, notes, tags, schedule, sprints and timer data (planned and actual time) — everything you create in the App. This content is stored to provide the service and sync across your devices.
• Voice input. If you use voice task creation, the audio recording and/or its transcript is sent to our AI providers (including Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini) solely for speech recognition and parsing the text into tasks. Recordings are not used to train models and are not stored longer than needed to process your request.
• Technical data. Device model, OS and App version, language, anonymized crash and performance data — for diagnostics and improving the App.
• Push notification token. If you allow push notifications, we store the device token issued by Apple APNs or Google FCM to send you reminders.

• providing App features: storing and syncing tasks, timers, sprints, notifications and widgets;
• speech recognition and AI parsing of your input into tasks;
• delivering push notifications (task reminders, sprint start/end);
• customer support;
• crash diagnostics, security and service improvement;
• compliance with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

We do not share your data with third parties for commercial or marketing purposes. The only technical sharing is the delivery of push notifications via Apple Push Notification service (APNs) and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). These services receive only the device token and the notification text needed for delivery.

Data may be disclosed where required by law (for example, in response to a request from competent authorities).

Data is transmitted over encrypted channels (TLS) and stored on access-controlled servers. We keep your account data and user content for as long as you use the App. Technical logs are kept for a limited period necessary for diagnostics.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time:

• in the App: Settings → Account → Delete account;
• or by emailing [email protected] from the address your account is registered to.

After confirmation, your account and user content are permanently deleted within 30 days, except for data we are legally required to retain.

You may request access to, correction, a copy, or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent to processing, by contacting [email protected]. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific data protection laws (such as the GDPR), you may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you become aware that a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Data may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence. In all cases we apply the safeguards described in this Policy.

We may update this Policy. We will notify you of material changes in the App or by email. The current version is always available at this URL; the effective date is shown at the top.
