Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Risal mobile application and related services (the “App”). The App is provided by ZiyaraGo Technologies LLC (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the App you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Risal is a task-planning app: tasks and projects, schedule, recurring tasks, sprints, planned/actual time timers, widgets and notifications, and an AI-powered feature that parses your text and voice input into task drafts.

• Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and for all activity under it.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction).

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the app store (Apple App Store / Google Play) from which it was downloaded.

You may not: copy, modify, decompile or reverse-engineer the App; circumvent technical limitations; rent out the App or resell access; use the App to violate the law or third-party rights; or place excessive load on the service by automated means.

• All tasks, notes, projects and other materials you create in the App (“Content”) belong to you.
• You grant us a limited license to store, process, back up and transmit your Content solely to the extent needed to operate the App (including device sync and AI parsing of your input).
• You are responsible for your Content and confirm it does not violate the law or third-party rights.

Parsing of voice and text input is performed automatically using artificial intelligence models (including Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini, plus other AI providers we may add). Results may contain inaccuracies — for example, misrecognized dates, priorities or wording. You agree to review generated task drafts before confirming them. The App is a planning tool and does not provide professional advice.

The App, its design, logos, code and other materials (other than your Content) belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you no rights to them except the license in Section 3.

We strive to keep the App running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, add or discontinue features. For material changes affecting your data we will give advance notice so you can export or save your Content.

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (Settings → Account → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate your access in case of a material breach of these Terms, notifying you where possible.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of data or goodwill arising from the use of or inability to use the App. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the App in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or affects your statutory consumer rights.

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes in the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are subject to the competent court in Riyadh, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
