Risal is a platform for tasks, agile development and server monitoring. This guide gets you from sign-up to your first organized project.
1. Create an account
Open the web app at app.risal.io or install a mobile/desktop app from the downloads page. Sign up with email, Google or Apple — your account syncs across every client.
2. Capture tasks
The fastest way in is the AI parse box: dictate or paste a few lines of text and Risal extracts tasks, dates and priorities for you. You can also add tasks manually with a title, due date and estimate.
3. Organize into projects
Group related work into a project. A simple project behaves like a clean task list. Mark a project as agile to unlock the full development workspace: a configurable Kanban board, a backlog, sprints and analytics.
4. Run a sprint
From an agile project, plan a sprint out of the backlog, commit a set of cards, and track progress on the board. Unfinished work auto-rolls to the next sprint. The analytics view shows a burndown so you know whether you’ll finish on time.
5. Add your team and servers
Invite teammates, assign cards, and — on the Team plan — connect servers with a single agent install to get CPU/RAM/disk monitoring and Telegram alerts alongside your tasks.
