These Terms govern your use of Risal — the web, mobile and desktop apps and the website — operated by Ziyarago ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Risal you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Risal is a work platform for tasks, agile development and server monitoring. We may add, change or remove features over time, and we work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to use the service in your jurisdiction (at least 13).
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to breach security or access other users' data, no automated abuse beyond your own authorized API tokens, and no use that harms the service or other users.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create in Risal (tasks, projects, files). You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process and display it to provide the service. You are responsible for the content you upload and for having the right to use it.
5. Plans & payment
Risal offers a free plan and paid plans. Paid features, prices and billing periods are shown at checkout and may change with notice. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable for the current period; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the period ends.
6. Third-party services
Risal integrates optional third-party services (e.g. AI providers, Notion, Jira, Telegram, app stores). Your use of those is also subject to their terms. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
7. Intellectual property
Risal, its software, design and trademarks are owned by Ziyarago. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our brand or software beyond using the service.
8. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You can stop using Risal and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or as required by law.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email; continued use after changes means you accept them.
